FreeBack is a Yoga Therapy based program designed to release patterns, stabilize support, and empower new movement.
FreeBack uses well established principles from yoga and best practices from western medical anatomy and physiology understanding, as well as the health and fitness industries.
Importantly, FreeBack is an active rehabilitation practice, meaning you do the rehabilitation work, rather than an external guide doing it for you. We know in brain re-patterning if you want to permanently repair injury and eliminate chronic pain you must change your core strength, flexibility, alignment, posture and movement patterns.
